ABOUT THE TRIBE
Tribe players, coaches, and parents commit to supporting our Mission Statement and Program Goals. For more details, please read our FAQs.
Our organization typically fields 3 teams at the U8-U14 age levels. The number of teams at an age level varies based on how many qualified players and coaches exist at that age level. When entering our program at U8, teams are generally divided equally based on skill level.
U9-U12
Teams typically remain intact and grow together from U8 through U12. Players that leave the organization are replaced by new players that come through our tryout process.
U13-U14
Teams will be organized based on relative skill level. For example, the top 12 players will be placed on the “A” team. The next 12 players will be placed on the “B” team, and so on. The “A” level teams have a higher level of commitment in terms of time and finances. “A” level teams will compete in a top area youth baseball league and play in 6-8 tournaments, which may include more frequent and longer travel situations. Total games played may be ~40-50.
OFF SEASON PRACTICE
Our teams will practice indoors for the 2022 season at the new OAW Indoor Sports Complex located in New Berlin. https://www.oawindoor.com/
This new state of the art facility will have 3 baseball fields and several batting cages that our teams will utilize. In addition, there will be opportunities for athletic training and other services.

Tribe evaluators will review video submissions and contact potential players to discuss next steps. Next steps may include an in-person evaluation of the player.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
- Submit this registration form no later than July 16 to indicate your interest in joining/returning to the Tribe (see below for who should/should not submit this form). You will receive a link to upload your video 24-48 hours after your registration form has been submitted and reviewed. Current Tribe players should use the form sent through email, not the form linked here.
- Submit your video no later than July 16

Who SHOULD register and submit videos:
- Players not currently with the Tribe looking to join U8-U14 teams for the 2022 season are required to submit video nominations. Current U8 - U11 Tribe players should NOT submit.
- Current U12-U13 Tribe players are required to submit video nominations for 2022 team consideration.
- Current Rookie League players that intend to play U9 for the 2022 season.
Who should NOT register and submit videos:
- Current U8-U11 Tribe players that intend to return for the 2022 season. Players are continuously evaluated during each season on skill level, coachability, commitment, teamwork, and demonstration of the values of the club’s mission statement.
- Returning Rookie League players that intend to play U8 for the 2022 season. Players will be evaluated during Rookie League by their coach.
- Players interested in Rookie League Coach Pitch program (K-1st Grade) for the 2022 season. Registration will open in December/January for 2022 Rookie League.
